I have plan migrate from jBase to Oracle database. Can anyone tell me, How much size of SGA, PGA and size of datafile should create ?

This is dependent on many variables like the size of your data base, amount of users, daily activity, amount of data growth, etc.

As a rule of thumb I would suggest that the data files will be double the current size of your data base.

Please note that once you migrate you will need to monitor the performance and do some tuning in the Oracle data base.
