When I run command SHOW-ITEM-LOCKS, I get this result:

Why the value of column FILENAME is UNKNOWN? What I doing wrong?

System : AIX
OS Release : 6.1.4.0
RELEASE Information JBase: Major 5.0 , Minor 7 , Patch 0170 (Change 59887)

try to check with command WHERE (V and mw42.

You should get clear details.

after running the command SHOW-ITEM-LOCKS.. it will shows us PID.. and which ever process you think like it is unwanted.. you have to kill that particular service by using.

jkill PID

try with this....
