You would need to mention that T24 is an 'international banking software' and in that, you have 2 years experience.

1) Stick to t24 to gain two years experience in the platform with comparatively low salary
2) Switch to a software developer position for a higher salary

Yes it is a nice question and it is also a food for thought but one thing stand sure is that T24 is an international Package that cut accross all businesses and the market survey still say T24 is leading others. Therefore, all we professional need to do is continue update our knownledge and move with the market trend
