I am Printing MT515 to physical RICOH printer where (along with data) Printer Attributes(<027>(s0p17h0s2b4099T) also printing both top & bottom of the report.
Could anyone please help me to suppress printer attributes in physical printout.
Setup:
1.Created PRINTER.ATTRIBUTES.
2.Created PRINTER.ID where PRINTER.ATTRIBUTES has linked.
3.Created DE.FORM.TYPE where PRINTER.ID has linked.
4.Created DE.DEPT.PRINTER where @id would be 5.ADVICE(BRANCH.DE.FORM.TYPE)
Steps Followed.
1.Input & authorise the SEC.TRADE for CUSTOMER belongs to BRANCH 5(Local ref field created in CUSTOMER record and updated this value in DOH of field DEPARTMENT.CODE via DE.MAPPING) .
2.Post authorisation, system generates MT515 & print this advice to physical printer.

Have you used other attributes on this printer with ADVICE (e.g. just setting bold) ?
Can you post the PRINTER.ATTRIBUTES , the esc don't look like standard HP - is there a special set for RICOH ?

Yes. We are using same attribute across the printers.

No

TEST PRINTER ATTRIBUTES MAINTENANCE SEE
PRINTER.ATTRIBUTE. RICOH
1. 1 DESCRIPTION.... RICOH NEW DEVICES
2. 1 INIT.SEQUENCE.. <027>(s0p17h0s2b4099T
3. 1 RESET.SEQUENCE. <027>(s0p17h0s2b4099T
8 CURR.NO........... 1
Without escape code, the enquiry output is not fit for A4 sheet(mean font size is very small), then we increased font size in attribute.

RESET should be used only to set the printer back to the standard, e.g. <027>E (in case there is something printed without using PCL).
I don't use esc with ADVICES as we have a third party product to print, neither have I used a RICOH device.
But i would start sending e.g. <027>(s3B - set bold - and if it works increase the used codes.
I tried to identify what you send but when the first code is
(s0p to set "Primary font character spacing not = Proportional Fixed" there is a left over 17, but (s0 isn't valid alone and p17 doesn't exist . . .
That's why I ased if RICOH has its own PCL-esc logic. Or can you 'translate' ?
