can you please tell me the procedure of excluding any particular report from COB?

Search in BATCH for the report name and
- either remove the report from the field DATA
- or set the FREQUENCY for the JOB.NAME to A

Starting point maybe a list like
LIST F.BATCH BY BATCH.STAGE BY-EXP DATA WHEN DATA NE "" BATCH.STAGE JOB.NAME FREQUENCY DATA
