any different between cob for day and cob for month and cob for year.if found different,how make cob for month and cob for year?

There are no different COBs for daily, monthly etc.
All jobs defined in BATCh will be processed according to their FREQUENCY, this is the way to let some job run only once a year or alike.
A special case is the EOY procedure that is defined via FINANCIAL.YEAR.END in COMPANY.
Other periods might be given via parameter files e.g. for booking account interest/charge in GROUP.CAPITALISATION

You have to use PL.CLOSE.PARAMETER (see helptext for FINANCIAL.YEAR.END)

i make environment for me , for testing . i need cob for year.
i use R12
