i am facing an error while running agent. kindly help me how can i resolved this issue.

Hi
there often are discrepancies between F.TSA.STATUS and the real situation. So:

1. Stop tSM
2. Make sure that all agents exited (via MW42)
3. CLEAR-FILE F.TSA.STATUS
4. Start tSM
5. Start your agent again.

How we can we avoid discrepancies between F.TSA.STATUS. because of this issue our Auto service is struck and we have to execute this service manual
