Hi ALL,
We are tried to purging STATEMENT ENTRY table but session getting hanged when I start the corresponding service I reduced half of the agents for that service; in that case too it’s getting hanged. AND tsm was blocked
i dont know it was block....
we are running this service in Reporting area and deleting the records and extracting the IDs and then those records are deleted in Live with the help of DBA.
we done it successfully before three months but now we can't able to process.
kindly assist us for solving this issue...

yes, Temenos archival service
agents are getting block...
i was set TSA.WORKLOAD.PROFILE as 55 but maximum is 110
