COB ERROR : TRANSEND:Bad File number was created by Akua

hi All,
i am running COB in a test enviroment and i am getting the error TRANSEND: Bad file number

open to sugestions on how to fix it

We are facing the same error and OFS count increasing and agents killed also effected ADC because of this

might be faulty hardware? Check memory/HD.
