Learning EB.CONTRACT.BALANCES in Transact

Hi,

I'm new to Transact and would like to learn how EB.CONTRACT.BALANCES works. Could someone help me understand:

• Field meanings - What each field represents
• Negative values - Why some fields show negative amounts
• Debit/Credit columns - Purpose of having separate columns
• Workflow - How data flows through this table

I'd appreciate any explanations, documentation, or guidance to get me started.

Something like overdrafts?

Turnover? Pretty obvious to keep DR/.CR separately.

Thank you very much for your answer!, I don't know why I can't see any information when I go to T24 help, do you know any other site where I can see this information? I have access to tenemos doc but I don't see any option to learn about the fields. Also, do you know if there is an specific site or option inside temenos doc where I can see the workflow of EB.CONTRACT.BALANCES, this is because I need to know how each value is updated, etc. Sorry my English is not good too so I don't know if said something that is confusing.

t24 help is provided as xml files in a zip... You can unzip it and set it up so you will be able to click on a field in Browser and see its contents...

For EB.CONTRACT.BALANCES workflow - I'm not sure it's documented...

Thank you very much!!! My company didn't provided me the XML files, I will have to search them somewhere else I think.

I will keep searching maybe I can get some documentation, I have to make calculations based on the EB.CONTRACT.BALANCES table in SQL, thanks again for your help :)
