AUDIT.APPEND.IP was created by kumaradbl

I wanted IP Address in Front of Each Inputter and Authorizer.
I changed AUDIT.APPEND.IP to YES using SPF I SYSTEM.

Still There exists no change in the field of Inputter and Authorizer.

The logic behind seems to work only when TSS / OFS.BULK.MANAGER is used.

Try raising a issue to PACS, would be helpful for many of our friends ;).

Haven't seen this field when stepping thru the changes from R08 to R11.
