How do we check a como for a particular service was created by Ramesh
Hi,

I wanted to know how we do we check como for a particular service.

I am learning T24, thanks for the help in advance.

Easily :))

1. Browse &COMO& folder, search in files (for example):
<service name = DE.PRINT>

Then load this file to a text viewer/editor of your choice :))

You can also use the Enquiry AGENT.STATUS and encode your service on CURRENT.SERVICE field, the COMO shows on COMO.NAME column

Hi VK,
what is the best app to monitor a realtime &como& file, the apps that has all the comos displayed, then I have to choose from the list to view in one of them. am still learning thanks.
