Need to charge for an unutilized amount was created by join2arun

Dear Friends,

I need your help on how to charge an untilized amount in LIMITS.

If there is unutilized amount in Limits then i need to charge. Can anyone help on this?
Is there any steps/configuration we need to do for this?
