Login Information File .svr with windows 7

We are also fighting with desktop under windows 7.
We manage to login and the DT works ok but the .svr created with Serverfile.exe isn't recognized at all and the Server Login dialog can't be bypassed (we have to enter Login - Password - Server each time the DT is started).

Anybody managed to get it work with windows 7 ?

The problem is solved in the meantime with this information from CSHD :
Please follow the below mentioned steps and this should resolve the reported problem.
1. Login into the Operating system as an Admin user.
2. Close all active Desktop sessions (if any).
3. From the extracted Desktop build 1.7.95 folder, copy the 'comlog.dll' file and paste it in 'C:\Windows\System32' folder. ( Replace if comlog.dll already exist in it )
4. Using the command 'regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\comlog.dll' register the newly copied comlog.dll file.
5. Check now. The problem should get resolved. ( Make sure Remember password check-box is enabled while login to store the server login credential)

Note : If T24 Desktop options is changed using Desktop build 1.7.95 in Window 7 machine, then all options ( ie: Protocol, port, Font styles, Login-script, ...etc) should be changed at once and the change will come into effect on the next run of T24 Desktop. Further opening the Option dialog box will open with Default values. So again you need to give full values. This is applicable for Windows 7 only. Also please refer that link tcsp.temenos.com/Pages/T24Desktop.aspx and understand that VB6 in Windows 7 is only supported in “just works” mode by Microsoft.
