Securities accrued fee migration from Legacy to Transact was created by karthikitcse@gmail.com
Hi Team,Could you please assist with the following query? We are currently performing a data migration from the Legacy system to the Transact system, and the migration is scheduled to occur mid-cycle within the quarterly fee cycle (every 3 months). This results in one month of accrual in the Legacy system and the remaining two months in Transact. Our goal is to post a single consolidated Securities Fee entry to the customer account at the end of each quarter, combining both Legacy and Transact accruals. In the Transact system:
  • Accruals are calculated in SC.SAFEKEEP.ACTIVITY
  • At quarter-end, the system posts two months of accrual into
    SAFEKEEP.HOLDING
    .
We would like to include the Legacy system's one-month accrual in this same
SAFEKEEP.HOLDING
bucket to ensure a single fee entry is posted to the customer's account. Is there a way to incorporate the Legacy accrual fee into Transact for this purpose?
Are there any available options or best practices to handle this scenario?Thank you.
