File Resizing was created by faguest
Hi,
I am new to T24 world and have gained all the knowledge on the job. Some very basic doubts remain though I perform these tasks quite frequently. Following are my queries
For eg. it is your day one in an organisation and the first assignment that you get is to get :
1. Get the list of all files in the environment
2. How do u know which files need to be resized and by what amount?
Thanks.

Hi,
There exists a System enquiry EB.BAD.SIZE.FILESwhich will give you the list of files needed to be resized otherwise you run command
jstat [FILENAME]
LIKE
jstat FBNK.FOREX$HIS
in result if TOTAL FRAME SIZE IS LESS THAN groups than that file needs resizing.
But the first method is recommended by Temenos

Hi,
Use jrf -R and check whether the file is rightly sized. If not you need to resize.
Ask Temenos for proper method.

Thanks
