Error on jBASE when Starting Agent - R11

Dear all!

I am facing jbase error on windows 7, R11 when trying to start agents.
the error is like below:

jBASE: Unable to allocate/attach shared memory key 0x24201000 , error number 13
jBASE: Error 13 while initiating jBASE

C:\MODEL_BANKS\Temenos\ModelBank-201015\Temenos\bnk\bnk.run>

If any one met this error, please help to solve it
Note: Something which I dont know whether it is not strange is, I am able to logon with Reflexion logon despite this error, but this again stacks me for Browser access

You should try to run bat files by CMD with administrator rights.
