help with jRFS

I am trying to set up jRFS on the client site and I get stacked with the following error 290912[Open] Client: OPEN request, file FBNK.CUSTOMER

>>>> I used both methods Q pointers and stub files none of them worked, besides what I found it bizare is that doing a LIST FBNK.ACCOUNT I get the error above and doing a LIST FBNK.SECTOR I get the error and the DICT got dispalyed
I will really apreciate it if you can help me solve this.
