SP-STATUS

HELLO AGAIN...

I WOULD LIKE TO ASK SOMETHING ABOUT SP-STATUS. I HAVE MEDE QUEUES FOR DIFFERENT PRINTERS.ALTHOUGH IN SERVER PATH: /usr/jspooler/jobs/formqueue_x do not appear files, in sp-status window in column #Q the formqueu has a numder of files.

If do 'LIST PRITN JOBS' to CLEAR them the jbase doesn't allow me because the printings have STATUS OPEN.

It is possible to clear all queus with script before COB proccessing.



Has anybody a idea?
