Resize formulas for work files and concat tables

Specifically for release R06 i need resize formulas (or parameters) for work files used in COB, as well as for the concats used online, something like in this examples (for earlier version):

AC.STATIC.UPDATE.LIST = number accounts * account length
PM.EOD.ACC.LIST = number accounts in PM.AC.PARAM CATEGORY range * account length
EOD.ACCT.ACTIVITY.LIST = number accounts moved (ACCT.ENT.TODAY) * account length
etc...

I also need dependencies of resize parameters between related files that might affect the COB performance, i.e. which resize parameters should be in sync. Something like this:

The below file's modulo and separation should be in sync with CONSOL.ENT.TODAY
EOD.CONSOL.UPDATE.LIST
EOD.CONSOL.UPDATE.WORK
etc...

Helpdesk was not helpful at all in this, which I do not understand because how can we know all the 'hidden' undocumented work files/concats? It would take enormous amount of time to go through many trials.

I would also appreciate if alternatively somebody could send me or upload a list of properly resized files on R06 with resize parameters which is actually used somewhere live, then the resize parameters for specific system could be calculated easily (at least the most important ones) especially if the number of records is also a known variable.
