Delivery archive is a big procedure. You cannot simple archive F.DE.O.HANDOFF. Temenos has a sequence of steps for delivery archival.
You need to contact Temenos for this.

Normal procedure would be:
1 Run often DE.MM.O.END.OF.PERIOD / DE.MM.I.END.OF.PERIOD (first phase of archiving delivery)
2 Archive DELIVERY like monthly (verify the ARCHIVE record)
3 Mark the BATCH job DE.MM.CLEAR.HANDOFF in CUS.FILE.TIDY.UP to be run in COB after archiving, this clears the F.DE.O.HANDOFF properly
All is in the manuals.
Take good care about resizing, probably you would also need to distribute your $ARC files as well, if they grow large.
