What is a transaction boundary? Is it a Jbase or T24 Object?
How it can be activated/deactivated thru programming?

In earlier versions of T24 the transaction boundaries are handled by T24 itself. But in the new versions starting from R4 (i guess) it is handled by the respectvie database.

If you are running T24 on a jBASE environment then all the transaction handling will be done by jBASE.

You need to refer the jBASE transactions here
