jBASE: Error 13 on Win 2008 64 BIT

Dear All,

I am trying to migrate our T24 database to an new server, then I could not move forward because of the error ===>> jBASE: Error 13 while creating a user object <<<=== from Zoc.

We are running on win 2008 64Bit, jbase 5.0. All jjbase is running and the everything seem to be ok except this problem...there must be problem somewhere could anybody assist me. See below for full text of the error...

you need adj "User Account control" to low at user account on control panel

and reboot Server...
