First of all you must consider archiving, archiving comes as part of core. Take a copy of your DB and try the exisiting archiving functions, Temenos HD would be able to help you on any issues croping up. Once you archive you can downsize the files using jrf which will gain space for you. Next do you do housekeeping on log files, etc. ? If not consider that too. Other than you must also do a check in your file system if there are any file backups whiich are unused exist and remove them.

Hi Sevilay,

the experience shows that you should be very careful with each ARCHIVE that is provided by Temenos, there are some severe bugs in the logic. It all depends on the modules you are using. Try each on a seperate env. and check out integrity carefully!

Maybe it's worth to check out tools from 3rd parties.
Except DELIVERY, SPECIAL.ENTRY and CATEG.ENTRY we don't use the core but local routines to archive (and are using T24 more than 8 years now), especially as there are modules without core archiving like FD, DX etc.
