As "R"-everse is not possilbe for TELLE.ID you can only create ENQUIRY hat has fixed selection to exclude this key.
I personally never heard that one defines personal TELLER.ID, the ID is normally just numeric and the cashier is defined in field USER - so that you can hand over . . .

Thank you.
Are are however a number of locally defined reports that still show statistics of unneccessary teller ids.
Is it not possible then to delete these teller.id records from database level?

I wouldn't do that, there are so many related files . . .

Hi Lucy,
No need to delete the Teller.Id for Particular user.
Just make it 'CLOSE' in status for that Teller.id application.
Under Multiple Company Teller.Id will not allow OPEN for single User. U need to Close the status for existing opened Teller.Id. Then only it will allow to open in other company.

Hi
Currently, the Teller.IDs are in close status and nil balances and they are still appearing if i do a TELLER.ID L
So according to jpb, the only way to get rid of the Teller.ID records is to exclude them from all the enquiries or reports that are extracted by the users.
I learnt you cannot do an 'R' on Teller.ID
It's true because when I try it, error message "Function not allowed for this application" appears.
Unless there is any other way you can do to exclude the teller.ids from appearing when you do a TELLER.ID L.

You can either assign it to some other Teller, Close that Teller ID i.e. STATUS = CLOSE or send it to History.
