Hi
firstly you've duplicated the screenshot... association 1   ...  5 ... then 1 - 5 again...

Quick question: the account mentioned in the field Description.1.1 - it's probably closed?

Cheers

Hi
... then it probably presents somewhere in LIMIT-related tables, e.g. in LIMIT.TXNS... Ask Temenos - it's their fault most probably. We had similar issue couple of times.

Cheers
