Friends, Can anyone let me know where to set the HISTORY parameter for AA records for 'X' years or 'x' days to be in the T24 application

hi there,

This can be done by configuring ARCHIVE application in T24.

Check out the PURGE.DATE or RETENTION.PERIOD fields.
