Fund credit/debit on actual end of day of the value date

Hi everyone,
I’d like to know if there’s any such parameter to change the fund credit/debit behavior from the start of day of value date to end of day of value date instead? For instance, currently 1.) the loan repayment will happen/debit from the customer account on the start of day of due date. 2.) the cheque collection will credit to the customer account on the start of exposure date despite still having DEPOSITED status (and will change to CLEARED only on the end of day of the actual exposure date).
