for better queue mgmt please use MQ solution. For now as a workaround start TC server with high heap size. But ultimately you need to either scale up your hardware or introduce a multiserver architecture.
I dont understand if you are running a live server then how could you go live without first getting a clear design of architecture with the help of temenos and the hardware vendor. they will guide what middleware is required. based on your number of users, branches etc.
