tcserver.xml relative path/environment variable was created by jlmagic

Hi,
I'm configuring TCServer on a R07.008. I'd like to use a relative path for the tag STARTIN, but it seems it does not work correctly. Is it possible to do that? if not, it is possible to use an environment variable to setup that?
