I've uploaded a very short video that shows the execution of a powershell script that runs a JQL query and send the results to excel; at the end of the video description there is a URL address where you can download the script.
The simplest way to run the script is to add your local copy of the jBASE jremote C# library and your copy of the NPOI library to the folder where you downloaded the script.
