Get sign on log in when view record

Dear all

Could you guide me, I want to get sign on log in when they view the record FT on text box in web browser?
How should do ?

Hi

Example we have exist FT, then I want to create one version and new text box when any user log to system then view above FT the text box will get sign on name. Note: Not get sign on name while input mode, want only get sign on while see mode.

Then we need to create a multivalue field in FT.
* call the field 'FT.VIEW.LOG'
* Create a version for the view.
* When ever a user logs in and opens the record in 'S' mode a local routine must update the user name in FT.VIEW.LOG( may be update then time and date also ).
