Log in to T24 Desktop by server name Instead IP was created by kda

We want to log in to system by server name instead ip address, Is it possible if possible please tell detail how to configure it.

Hi,

yes its possible. You must have DNS server to resolve IP to Domain name or Domain name to IP.

which OS are you using in your network infrastructure?

I'm asking that in order to explain you who to config in your OS.
