French user not working in AZ.ACCOUNT Installation

Hi all,

We have just installed AZ.ACCOUNT in R10 in window 2008 64 bit OS, and users with English profiles are working fine with desktop and browser (using Jboss), however users with French profiles cannot open AZ.ACCOUNT (local version) in browser. (In desktop area users of both English and French are ok).

I also tested with core AZ.ACCOUNT and everything is ok for both English and French user profiles.

Is there anyone with similar experience able to assist with where to look out for this kind of problem.

Just to add, I believe this most probably might be due to french and Jboss browser related issue since I can create a AZ.ACCOUNT using other T24 login methods like classic and desktop. Any help is highly appreciated.

Just an idea - do you use special characters in the french text? Have you tried without these?

Thanks Jbp, indeed we use some special, I have removed some and completely changed some to English but so far the problem is still there.

I will keep checking for more versions with special character in order to remove them.
