R11 T24 Monitor SetUp

Hi All

Can anyone help me with the steps on how to setup t24 monitor.

Currently I have setup on jboss and its coming out well in my browser but failing to communicate with my T24 end.
When I runn the service in T24 it give this output:

Yes I set the environment variables up :

Would you have any documentation that can help in cross-checking the entire setup?
