Urgent: Problem setting TCServer for JWebBuilder

Hi All,
I am in urgent need. Installing Temenos Internet Banking. I have setup TCServer and configure adapter wbadmin set 2 true which is by default = false, When I start the TCServer it FAILED the wbadmin adapter and culdnt locate the some file called sysfileread ,,, which exists in jbase wbadmin folder.....due to which I culdnt able 2 start the webpage when I run http://localhost:8080/scripts/wbadmin
