Unable to open logger file /temenosapp/R10/tj_log/

dear all ;

when i login to test env the system give me error massage below
Unable to open logger file /temenosapp/R10/tj_log/logsets/set1_file1

they login me to JSHEL but , i cannot login to classical mode T24 after that


what is the problem ? please help me

Disable the TJ in your test environment

jlogadmin -a -R OFF

but before i try the command

please tell me what do you mean the " TJ"

and the command jlogadmin -a -R OFF for what to use ?

TJ stands for Transaction Journaling. As TJ is enabled in your environment, once you login to T24, it tries to start logging all the changes happening to your T24 files; but it can't log those changes, as the mentioned dir/file structure is not available.

As TJ is not required in test system, generally, you can disable it. After going to jshell, type the command provided earlier, which will disable TJ
