ADDING NEW FIELD IN NOFILE ENQ OF CATEG.ENTRY APPL was created by assiddiqui

I want to add new fields in Nofile Enquiry of application CATEG.ENTRY. After entering the required field in enquiry the impact is not shown. Can someone help me??

One last thing to ask that the Amount column shown -ve sign in the last after values. How could it be corrected?? Below are the e.g.
