Display a field was created by mcandido
Hello, can we help me with that question?
I need to display a field with an espedific format and I need to store this with another.
For example:
I had a value 10060625345 in a field
I need to display in the version (when the user modify a register) in this format: CA 006 62534/5, but we need to store in the original format (10060625345)
Can you send us an example that resolve this problem?
Thank you very much !!!!
I'm sorry for my limeted English

This as far as I know may not be possible. Other idea what I can suggest is to have the way you want to display be shown as Enrichment instead. So the User once he/she keys in 10060625345 in a particular field, in the enrichment your modified value can be displayed. So you will not have any problems of storing the correct value in the DB as well.. you have to make use of the Common variable for ENrichments from I_COMMON to do this. T.ENRI can be used.
Have a great day !
