Dear All,

From USER application there is this field;

Function.1 A 2 B C D E F H I L P R S V

Anybody knows where I could get detailed documentation explaining all
these functions codes ?

Try the HELPTEXT for that field

A=Authorise, 2=2nd Authoriser, C=copy, D=Delete, E=Exception, H=History restore, I=Input, L=List, P=Print, Q=Auditor review, R=Reverse, S=See, V=Verify

When do we use exception.
To see unauth records or to authorized them?

Yes, Exception is to list the records in INAU/IHOLD, etc (anything in unauthorised status)
