Depends on the application/area you need to calculate charges for

there is e.g. CALCULATE.CHARGE as the generic routine (and with the most complex parameters)
but also AA.CALC.CHARGE, CALC.IC.CHARGE, FX.CALCULATE.CHARGES.AND.TAXES etc.

But i should calculate charges for LC,LC.AMENDMENTS,DRAWINGS,

So,what should be the call routine for calculating charges in the above mentioned applications?

We don't use LC but I know there are some few routines in LC to care for charges, e.g. LC.AMEND.CHARGES, LC.AMEND.DEFAULT.CHARGES, LC.CHECK.CHARGES.
All three have no parameters but use R.NEW directly.
No idea what you should use.
