Error in FT application when opening new record

Error in FT application when opening new record was created by assiddiqui
When i am trying to open a new record in FT application its gives below error.

MISSING FT.APPL.DEFAULT RECORD ID = PK0010019

Please tell how it could be resolve.

Open the record for company PK0010019 in application FT.APPL.DEFAULT
