INVALID ID FOR COMPANY

Hi all,

Kindly see the attached.

I am getting the error 'INVALID ID FOR COMPANY' when trying to AUTO generate an ID for a new LEAD COMPANY.

In which stage you are facing this error is it occuring while creating Account record?

Note: The length of the account number is defined in your setup as 10 characters, one of the possibility to get this error is ,
if you trying to input the account record ID not with 10 digit length.

The error comes when I am doing the account entry ID and i have done an AUTO.ID.START.

I had to make sure the ID length of the AUTO.ID.START IS 10 digits as below:

KEY............... ACCOUNTS.BE1

It is now doing the AUTO START well.
