Globus : G13
Desktop : 1.4 build 577
Display Mode : Desktop

Some of the users are complain if the do an enquiry the desktop just displays a blank page but after maybe 2 or 3 attempts the it displays the information.

Is this a common problem and what is the solution

Hi,

I am also facing the same problem in G13 desktop.At that time if i do same enquiry in reflection it is working fine.

IS there any solution for this.

Hi,

It's been identified as a bug in Desktop and resolved. Try taking up the latest version of Desktop and check.
