toolbox error login

Dear All,

I have installed toolbox R.08.002.01 on vista business 64 bit.
I got problem that i couldnt' login to server, kinds of error is
"requesting" then time out.

Hope some one could help me..

Dear adg,
If you have installed your toolbox properly and the browser setup is in place and running fine then you have to check the connectivity of the toolbox to the T24 server via webserver and the tcserver. This can be checked using the utility called T24 Connectivity in the SYSTEM MONITOR plugin. You neednt sing in to use this utility.
You have to provide the webserver URL,the ip address of the server and the port number to be monitored.It will show you where the connection is not established which should throw some light on your issue.

In system monitor, the link not established between TC Server and T24 Server where Toolbox -- Web Server -- TC Server there were a move light.. any idea to fix it?

Dear all,

We have upgraded the Toolbox client to 10.0.0.2. Following this upgrade we cannot login to ToolBox.

We are just getting Error: with no description.

are you using the ip to connect to the t24 system. Please try to use host name instead. define a host name on the hosts file on your system and then try. Other wise there must be some other net work issue

This tool run beautifully when the net work glitches are over
