T24 and WebSphere MQ was created by maltaf
We are implementing Temenos T24 (Banking Application)with WebSphere Application Server 6.1 ND & WebSphere MQ v6.0.
We wants to know, anyone have an idea of its best architecture? And also wants to know How T24 communicate with MQ and WAS.
Can anyone let me know any document through which I can able to configure MQ clustering with T24

T24 Browser has the built in capability to communicate with MQ ,JMS or TCP/IP.
Websphere and MQ Clustering is not a part of T24 and nor will be, only configuration at T24 part is required.
Here what you need to do..
1. Get a WebSphere and MQ consultant to configure the and clustering.
2. Make sure you use session persistence in Websphere in order to T24 Browser to communicate in clustering. The default DB for session persistence is DB2, but you could use your choice of database.
3. For T24 part you need to configure TC Server on all T24 servers to listen to all MQ queues involved in clustering.
Hope this helps...

This guide may help you. But in the end you will need to do a course or hire services of a consultant. On production systems it is best that you get help from either Temenos or IBM (in your case). Or else you will have nobody to take ownership of this setup.
We have the same setup and only trained consultants come in handy
