error while login

Dear All,
I have implemented eMerge R08 with jbase 5.0 64bit in Windows 2008 Server, Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition.

My classic mode is working fine

I have installed Desktop on the server while installed it throw me error message of ctl3d32.dll is used by this application and must be in windows/system folder. Installation complete and when I login to the system I get error message Application missing and all application Menu is not there on the left side of the screen.

I tried the same from my PC, and I get security violation even though username and password are correct. I will get security violation twice and then desktop closed automatically.

I think I faced this error before and run VB runtime in Windows 2003 Server, now I am trying to do the same its not working.

Secondaly, is it cuz of CLT3D32.DLL , application menu is not displaying and I am not able to connect from my computer which is Windows Xp,
It always throws me security violation
