Is there someone who has implemented T24 in a multi-book environment ? Could you please tell me what is the best strategy to identify access rights in such environement ?

Setting SMS in a Multi-Book environment is not different than setting SMS in a 'standard' environment.
The only thing you should consider is to use the Book Code in the rules you are setting where needed.

SMS configuration, you should have in mind, if the users are External, internal classification, departments, category and also fully understand how your IB(internet banking)is configued as they are inter-related
