problem with TAG web service

Hi,
I'm trying to get TAG web service to work with no luck.

I'm getting the following error back:

No idea how to solve it.

I have TAG 3.0 installed on a Windows Server 2008 with IIS 7.0
Communication through TAG framework works perfect, but OFSML web service do not.

Pls an having issues trying to setup TAG, left alone access T24 Web services (TWS)... Any Help ...
