T24 Desktop installation on windows 8 was created by nayeembillah

Can someone please assists me, how can I install t24 desktop ( GUI client) for windows 8? I have only setup file for windows 7, though I have tried to installed it on windows 8 but not working properly-
1. Login script path not saving
2. Unable to patching (upgrade path not saving on DT exe)
3. Printer setting not saving

There was a specific comlog.dll that has to be used with desktop on W7 ( see www.t24all.com/index.php/forum/t24-insta...-windows-7.html#6563 )

We are on the way to use desktop.net that should run on W8 and 64-bit when the desktop itself is at a stage that can be distributed to our users :-(
This is taking quite a long time now and no end to be seen.

B.t.w. : desktop.net is not free, you have to buy it from Temenos.

using R11 on Unix
